I would like to know what our union will do for our CSR nurses who will be going to new hospital and then have to leave for another unit after 4 to 8 hrs. Is there any thought we will get an increase in our current $2.50 shift differeance? Currently other local nurses in other hospitals have higher CSR shift differentials. Just thinking forward…..
